All online purchases through our website are available for delivery across New Zealand - including rural delivery.

AUSTRALIA
Yes - we deliver to Australia and we even cover the import duty!
All orders being sent to Australia are subject to an Australian Border Force (ABF) Customs Duty Charge when entering the country. As the recipient, you will receive a notification from the Australian Border Force (ABF) to pay this charge. Once payment is made ABF will release your parcel to Australia Post the same day. However, we are a small business, looking to grow internationally - so we have discounted this Import Duty Charge for you at the checkout!

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

DAMAGED GOODS
If your products are damaged or lost in transit please follow these steps:
- make a claim, or lodge a complaint with the courier company within 14 working days.
- let us know the details of that complaint so we can finalise the claim from our end (we can’t do that until we have a case number from you for the issue).
- we will replace the product free of charge.
- there will not be any additional shipping fee.

If you have any questions about your products or are unhappy with any aspect please take the following steps:

- we are unable to accept returns but happy to work through any complaints or queries.
